EPLI is aware of the impacts of our industry on the environment, in particular emissions from road transport and their contribution to climate change and air pollution. Both our industry as a whole and our own businesses are growing, highlighting an urgent need to come up with more environmentally friendly ways of transporting goods. We know that the transition to a zero-carbon economy and more efficient use of natu al resources is both inevitable and desirable for the long-term continuation of our services, as well as the wellbeing of society and the environment we operate in. Therefore, we are embarking on a path to achieve greater environmental sustainability.
